Decatur Church is a warm, loving, family-friendly congregation who seeks to embrace anyone who walks through its doors. In fact, our vision is "Expanding the kingdom of God, impacting lives, and lovingly embracing everyone". So, whether you regularly attend a church or have never stepped foot in one in your life, you belong here. We welcome and embrace people of all races, ages, genders, and religious backgrounds.

As followers of Jesus Christ it is our desire to expand the Kingdom of God by dropping seeds of life, having a profound and life changing impact on everyone we come in contact, with open arms embracing every category of people across all generations.
We will accomplish this vision by Proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world, Educating them spiritually and academically to equip them for this world and the Kingdom to come, and impacting lives by Serving them and meeting their earthly and spiritual needs.

Pastor Ross enjoys spending time with his family, playing table-tennis and other competitive games, cooking, running, gardening, and martial arts.
He embraces each new day as a gift from God, and His life mission is to lift up Jesus in all that he does. He has faithfully committed to full time gospel ministry for more than seventeen years.
With a passion for young people and a heart for service, Michael serves as the Associate Pastor of our church. His favorite Bible passage is 1 Corinthians 2:9, which reminds him that God has a plan, and he’s in it!
He enjoys competitive sports, action movies, and spending time with family and friends. He is happily married to the beautiful Brianna Smith from Cayo, Belize.
Deidre is a fun-loving, hard-working person who loves the Lord and loves people. Her professionalism and organizational skills have been a big asset to the Decatur church family and its operation.
Her hobbies include: singing, poetry, miming, acting and cooking. She serves as the president of Open Praise choir.

DCCN (Decatur Children’s Church Network) is so excited this year to bring you “The Fruits of the Spirit”! Every 1st Sabbath in Decatur’s Fellowship Hall we talk about 1 Fruit of the Spirit. Through story time, talk time, and our craft, our children learn all about that specific Fruit, and how Jesus wants them to develop characters that exemplify that Fruit to others!
